Yes! You can install E'LOO-Ivy series by
following the steps described in our easy-to-follow
installation manual. Be sure to prepare an
100-120/200-240VAC GFI(TypeC) outlet near
the toilet and a water line to supply water
to the computerized bidet shower. |

Are
two nozzles always clean even after use? |
| |
| With our auto-cleaning
device, it will automatically cleanse the
tips of both the shower and bidet spray nozzles
before and after each use. In any case, if
you wish the nozzles to be cleaned again just
simply press the nozzle-cleaning switch. |

What
kind of maintenance is needed? Are they difficult
to clean or maintain? |

E'LOO-Ivy series is very easy to clean with
damp soft cloth and generally, there is no
much maintenance required on E'LOO-Ivy series.
Body
Dampen a soft cloth and wipe off E'LOO-Ivy
Series. For stubborn spots, dip a cloth in
a diluted solution of dishwashing detergent,
wring it out thoroughly and wipe the E'LOO-Ivy
series with it. If a neutral dishwashing
detergent is used, wipe it off completely
afterward with a cloth dipped in plain tap
water.
Nozzles:
It is well maintained by our auto-cleaning device.
If necessary, you may pull the nozzles out and scrub
them with a small brush. |

slightly chance to happen due to our strict quality
control, you may contact our dealer where you purchased

We warranty our products
to be free from manufacturing defects under normal
use conditions and services for a period of one
year from the date of purchase. It is only applicable
